During the final presentations, judges will evaluate each team using the following criteria:
- Impact: Think of the youth you’re serving—what changes for them because of your solution?
- Feasibility: Show a clear plan for how it can be built now, not just “someday.”
- Innovation: Bring fresh thinking—could you adapt a proven solution from another field?
- Scalability: Can it grow to help 10× more youth without 10× more cost?
- Storytelling: Make judges feel the problem and believe in your solution’s future.
